By using Zonters, you agree to these terms. Zonters is currently operated directly by its founder, Pranav Tiwari; a registered business entity and address will be added here once formal registration is complete.

What this service is

Zonters provides automated, rules-based analysis of NSE-listed stocks — no AI, no chart patterns, purely mathematical calculations over historical price, volume, and delivery data. It is a research and information tool.

This is not investment advice

This service provides automated quantitative analysis for informational and research purposes only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation. All analysis is based on historical price and volume data; past performance does not guarantee future results. Signals are probabilistic estimates — they can be wrong. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making any trading or investment decision.

Accounts

• You need a Google account to sign in and use Portfolio/Watchlist tracking. Nifty 50 and Index analysis are available to everyone, signed in or not, and always will be.
• New accounts receive 200 free credits automatically. If the first 1,000 signups have already been reached, new accounts are placed on a waitlist for full tracking access — Nifty 50 and Index analysis remain fully available either way.
• You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure; we're not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised Google account.

Credits and payment

• Tracking a stock in your Portfolio or Watchlist uses credits, charged only when there's genuinely new data to show you for that stock — never for viewing something you're already paid through for.
• Additional credits can be purchased in packs, at the prices shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase, paid securely through Razorpay.
• We may change pricing or the free-credit amount for new signups at any time; changes won't retroactively affect credits you've already been granted or purchased.

Refunds and cancellations

• Your free 200 signup credits are not refundable, and are treated as used before any purchased credits.
• If you have unused credits from a purchase and would like a refund, email support@zonters.com. Refunds are calculated on the credits from that purchase that are still unused, at the flat ₹10-per-credit rate you paid (see the Pricing page).
• Refunds are currently handled manually by our team on a case-by-case basis, not through an automatic self-serve process — expect a response within a few business days.
• If a genuine payment error occurs on our end — you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or a successful payment didn't result in credits being added to your account — we will always correct it or refund you in full.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to automate, scrape, or bulk-extract data from the service beyond normal personal use of your own dashboard.
• Don't attempt to circumvent the credit system or rate limits.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Intellectual property

The analysis methodology, scoring logic, and all site content are our property. You may use the output for your own personal investment research; you may not resell, redistribute, or represent our analysis as your own.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any investment losses or decisions made based on information from this service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or ₹0 if you're on the free tier).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
